The project of connecting building block trade, housing services and headquarter of Communist Party of Vietnam Newspaper is the multi-purpose buildings. After being completed, the works will meet the demand of socio-economic development of Cau Giay district in particular and Ha Noi in general. In addition, the project also contributes to improvement of landscape in the area.

Making Detail Plan for Environment Protection of the Hotel following stipulations in Circular 22/2014/TT-BTNMT dated 5^th May 2014 by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment providing regulations and guidelines the implementation of Decision No.35/2014/ND-CP dated 29^th April 2014 by the Government which amend and supplement some articles of Decision No.29/2011/ND-CP dated 18^th April 2011 by the Government on strategic environmental assessment, environmental impaction assessment and commitment of environment protection; Circular No.01/2012/TT-BTNMT dated 16^th March 2012 by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment regulating the preparation, appraisal, approval and verification of the implementation of Detail Environment Protection Detail Plan; Preparation and registration of Environmental Protection Simple Plan.
