1. Urban Planning Expert
Requirements:
University degree in a field related to urban/regional planning or geography. Post graduate degree in urban/regional planning is preferable. The Urban Planning Expert shall have a 15 years professional experience and will have minimum of 10 years relevant experience in urban planning, master planning and development planning. Experience on projects involving district and commune level planning and integrated transport and urban development planning is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, and good report writing skills, with complete fluency in spoken and written English are required.
2. Financial and Institutional Expert
Requirements:
The Financial and Institutional Expert shall have the graduate / post graduate degree a field directly related to Charted Accountant or administration fields (e.g., commerce, accounts, administration, finance, law, etc), The Financial and Institutional Expert shall have a 10 years professional experience and will have minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the area of finance and institutional development projects. Experience on institutional strengthening and capacity building as well as PPP structuring for the urban local bodies is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, and good report writing skills, with complete fluency in spoken and written English are required.
3. Transport Planning & Modelling Expert
Requirements:
The Transport Planning & Modelling Expert shall have university degree in a field related to engineering/ transport planning/or any other field. Post-graduate degree in urban transport planning/engineering with experience in transport modeling. Higher qualification will be preferred. The Transport Planning & Modelling Expert shall have a 10 years professional experience and will have minimum of 8 years relevant experience in transport planning and modelling work. Experience on projects involving land use-transport modelling for cities is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, and good report writing skills, with complete fluency in spoken and written English are required.
4. Public Transport Planning Expert
Requirements:
The Public Transport Planning Expert shall have the graduate / post graduate degree with specialization in transport planning or transport management field. The Public Transport Planning Expert shall have a 10 years professional experience and will have minimum of 8 years relevant experience in transport sector. Experience on the projects involving urban transport planning and particularly public transport is preferred.
