Mr. Bui has earned a Bachelor from the National Economics University of Vietnam majoring in finance.  He received an MBA degree in finance at Tobin College of Business, St. John''s University in New York .

Mr. Bui has extensive experience in analyzing the stock market, real estate industry,  investment funds, and project management . With such experience, he has joined in PACO as Chief Executive Officer.

He has made connections with various foreign firms which have all expressed their interest in Vietnam's economy.
