Intelligent Transportation System for Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway consists of several component systems: (1)CCTV system, (2)Vehicle detection system, (3) Overload monitoring system, (4) Variable message sign system, (5) Central Management Office system (central server system), (6) Toll collection system,  (7) Digital transmission system, (8)Internal telephone system, (9) Power supply system

The Consultant shall provide consultancy for, inspect and supervise the completion of design, supply and installation of the intelligent transport system in accordance with the provisions under the Contract signed between the Employer and the Contractor of Package EX-13, the technical specifications and safety regulations as provided by laws and the Employer’s requirements. The Consultant’s duties include, but not limited to, the followings:

• Review and verification of Technical Specifications and Engineering Design
• Quality control
• Progress control
• Inspection and management of quantity and cost
• Labour safety supervision
• Environment control
