In order to support the implementation of the household sanitation component which will be based on a sanitation marketing approach, a technical assistance firm (hereinafter referred to as the Firm) will be procured by the Central Project Management Unit (CPMU) to support the implementing agencies in all 7 provinces, specifically the pCPMs and district-level CPMs as lead implementers of the sanitation component, pVWU and their lower level cadre and volunteers as behavior change communication campaign implementers and pCERWASS as legal project owners.

The scope of work of the Firm will include but is not limited to the following tasks:

• On behavior change communications implemented by VWU.
• On sanitation market development and supply side strengthening
• General implementation support on planning
